At Growth Innovura, we provide digital services and solutions only. As such, our refund rules are specific to intangible/digital deliverables.

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- Service Not Delivered: If the service is not initiated or access is not provided within the promised timeframe.
- Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged twice for the same service.
- Technical Issues: In cases where technical errors on our side prevent delivery or access to purchased service.
- As Required by Law: Any mandatory refund situations under applicable consumer protection or payment gateway regulations.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Because our services are digital in nature:
- Change of Mind after access to service/content has been granted is not eligible.
- Partial Use of services (e.g., attending part of a training or accessing some content) does not qualify.
- Breach of Terms by the customer (e.g., policy violation, misuse of access) voids refund rights.
4. Process for Requesting Refund
Requests must be submitted via email to support@growthinnovura.com with transaction/order ID, payment proof, and reason.
5. Payment Gateway Terms
Growth Innovura follows all rules laid down by the payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Transaction charges, gateway fees, or non-refundable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event of a chargeback, Growth Innovura reserves the right to present evidence of service delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service. Growth Innovura will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to refunds.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and disputes (if any) will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
